There is no core for PS3 at this time so unfortunately not an option. PS2 is possible (although buggy) via the Play! core. For the time being your only option is the stand alone emulator.
Not yet, again there's a standalone, but afaik the compatibility isn't that good. There are no cores for PS3 or Bbox 360 for Retroarc (but may be one day years from now). RPCS3 emulates PS3 on PC but a powerful PC is needed. Xenia emualtes Xbox360, but I have not used it.

Now there is a great PS3 emulator called RPCS3 that actually runs PS3 games quite well, which is an amazing accomplishment, especially if you know how freaking complicated the PS3 architecture is!
