Same on my 3 left buttons on Fenix 6 pro Saphire. The Buttons have a free stroke before contacting the pcba Buttons for the effective click. On the right side the 2 buttons only have one click and nearly no stroke. I think the pcb board ist not centrally aligned before screwing sothat some users have more stroke on the left side and some on the Button stopped working without apparent reason. I read some reports about people getting stuck or unresponsive buttons after doing e.g. water sports. But in my case (Fenix 7S, ca. 1 year old) the down button stopped working for no apparent reason. I went through 3 935's due to water getting

The only short term solution I found is that deactivate and then re-activate the touch function which will put it back to normal sensitivity immediately. But then the whole cycle starts over again. Took my grand daughter to pool and now buttons do not respond with exception of the light button. I can hold down to reboot but that's it. Multiple reboots and no change. Waiting for battery to completely drain to see if that does anything. On my recently purchased fenix 6pro the back button has stopped working. With the other buttons you can feel / hear a click when pressed. The back button now simply goes in but nothing happens. Very disappointed. Not good for such an expensive watch. .
