Please don't get a piercing if your only motivation is to reduce your migraines, it doesn't work. At best, it is purely a placebo effect. It is however an awesome piercing. If you do get a daith (can't comment on tragus) no earbuds for 12 months or so. Thanks for your honest opinion.
